Welcome to Essential Training Solution: We are a training provider based in Flintshire, North Wales. The company has over forty years experience in Fire Safety & Health & Safety. The owner, David Ashford spent many years as a serving Fire Officer within a local authority Fire brigade and later as a senior Fire Officer in the chemical industry. We develop training courses that are relevant to different industries to assist businesses with Fire Safety and Health & Safety legislation compliance. We aim to make our training courses interesting and interactive for your delegates as well as ensuring that they recieve up to date Health & Safety instruction.

As well as delivering Safety training courses we also offer a range of training CD Roms which have been especially designed for company Safety officers, H.R Managers and 'in house' training personnel. These CD Roms are a complete training package and include everything to deliver a quality training session for your staff. Each CD contains a powerpoint presentation with graphics, delegate training notes to print off as well as a trainer's guide and certificate of attendance.
